komomo を立ち上げました。

「一点の布に物語を描く」日本の伝統的な着物という芸術作品を、

現代にリメイクし、唯一無二の作品として生み出すブランドです。

過去の記憶を纏いながら、新しい物語を紡いでいく世界観を大切に、

Having trained as a kimono painter in Nishijin, Kyoto,
I founded komomo with the desire to bring historic kimonos left behind by previous generations into the present day.

Kimono, a traditional Japanese art form described as “a story painted on a single piece of cloth,” is reimagined and transformed into contemporary designs.
Each creation is reborn as a one-of-a-kind piece, carrying both heritage and individuality.

While embracing the memories of the past, komomo weaves new stories for the future,
offering the unique value that only a truly one-of-a-kind piece can hold.
